2010 Program Advertising Requirements
Format
Please mail (CD) or email your black & white ad in .pdf, .jpg or .bmp format. For pdf files please convert
non-standard fonts to curves. A minimum $35 design fee will be automatically billed for ads received in formats other than those listed.
Payment
ALL ads must be paid in full prior to ad placement.
When you mail your check please include a hard copy of your ad so we can be sure that the electronic version is correct.

Deadline
Ads must be received by 4 pm on Wednesday, April 16th, 2010 to be included in the program.
Ads received after the deadline will be placed on a space available basis.
